We want to address the recent downtime that began on Thursday, mid-morning, and affected access to the platform.
The interruption was caused by a technical issue with our hosting provider, which temporarily made Tipsonet unavailable to all users. This was not due to any changes or errors within the platform itself.
We are pleased to confirm that the issue has now been fully resolved, and all services are back to normal.
Most importantly, all user data, posts, and accounts remain intact.
We understand how important consistent access is, especially for those actively posting, engaging, and growing their presence on Tipsonet. We take this seriously and are already implementing additional safeguards to strengthen platform reliability going forward.
It’s worth noting that even major global platforms have experienced similar outages in the past. Our focus is on learning from this and improving continuously.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support.
