ARC Raiders: Mountain Project Routes With U4N

The Ascending the Mountain project gives ARC Raiders players a fresh reason to change the way they approach ordinary raids. Added in Update 1.45.0, the limited-time project runs from September 8 to October 5, 2026. Across four stages, players must deliver 130 items through 16 objectives while Apollo develops experimental transportation for a mysterious mountain range. For players already working on ARC Raiders BluePrints, the project is also a useful excuse to revisit familiar locations and pay closer attention to valuable loot.

The interesting part is that the project does not rely on one type of resource. Early objectives focus on mechanical and electronic parts, while later stages introduce rare ARC drops, high-tier technology, and unusual collectibles. That makes planning important, especially for players who want to work on ARC Raiders BluePrints while steadily completing the Mountain Project instead of making separate runs for every objective.

Stage One Keeps Things Simple

The opening stage requires 10 Mechanical Components, six Pop Triggers, 10 Explosive Compounds, and two Headphones. Most of these items are manageable during normal raids, although the different sources mean you need to pay attention to what you encounter.

Mechanical Components can be crafted at the Refinery with seven metal parts and three rubber parts. They can also be found in map areas marked “Mechanical.” If you already have enough basic crafting materials, making them at the Refinery can save you from spending extra time searching.

Pop Triggers come from Pop Arcs, the small spider-like ARC machines commonly found indoors. They are easy to overlook when you are focused on getting through a building quickly, but defeating them can gradually provide the six triggers required by the project.

Explosive Compound is another material that can be farmed without too much trouble. Dam Battlegrounds is a useful destination when this objective is active. Headphones are more unusual, with blue suitcases topside being a common place to search for them.

Stage Two Changes The Farming Route

The second stage shifts toward propulsion and electrical systems. You need 20 Wires, eight Voltage Converters, two Sentinel Firing Cores, and one Rocket Thruster.

The Seed Vault is particularly useful because it can help with two requirements at once. Wires can be found there or obtained by dismantling general electronic components, while industrial bins are a useful source of Voltage Converters.

Sentinel Firing Cores require a combat-focused approach. They come from defeated Sentinel ARC units topside. Since only two are necessary, you do not need to spend every raid hunting them. It can be more efficient to take advantage of Sentinel encounters while working on other objectives.

The Rocket Thruster is the material that may slow down this stage. Only one is required, but it is a rare drop primarily associated with Riven Tides. If you are already visiting the area for other reasons, checking for the thruster can prevent a frustrating final-stage hunt later.

Stage Three Prepares For The Mountain

The third stage is about making sure the experimental vessel can safely deploy Raiders in difficult terrain. The requirements include two Ruined Parachutes, 10 Crash Mats, five Shredder Gyros, and three Breathtaking Snow Globes.

Ruined Parachutes are rare and are connected to specialized military or cargo containers. Crash Mats are easier to collect and can be salvaged from logistical areas, gyms, and defensive structures.

Shredder Gyros come from Shredder-class ARC variants, so this objective naturally rewards players who combine combat with resource gathering. The three Breathtaking Snow Globes are different again. They can appear randomly in suitcases and residential points of interest, making them something you may collect gradually rather than target every raid.

Stage Four Demands Careful Preparation

The final stage has the largest single material requirement. Players need 30 Sensors, three Broken Guidance Systems, 15 Advanced Electrical Components, and one Antique Map.

Sensors can be found in communication hubs, server locations, and military crates. Because 30 are required, collecting them gradually is much easier than waiting until the final days.

Broken Guidance Systems are primarily found inside industrial containers in Riven Tides. Advanced Electrical Components are higher-tier loot found in tech boxes and high-danger security zones. The Antique Map is a unique collectible that can appear in safes, offices, and hidden blue suitcases.

Keep Your Runs Flexible

The Mountain Project is easier to handle when you combine objectives instead of treating every requirement as its own farming session. The Seed Vault can cover several electrical needs, while Riven Tides matters for multiple rare objectives. Combat encounters can also contribute to progress while you gather other loot.

For players who want to keep their inventory ready for future projects, some runs can also be used to buy ARC Raiders Bps when that fits their progression plans, rather than relying entirely on whatever drops during a single session.
